We deliver across Delhi NCR. Delivery dates, time slots and charges are confirmed at checkout.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Delhi NCR including:

  • All of Delhi (North, South, East, West, Central)
  • Noida and Greater Noida
  • Gurgaon and Faridabad
  • Ghaziabad

We are continuously expanding. Contact us to check availability in other areas.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred date and 3-hour time slot at checkout
  • Time Slots: 10am–1pm | 2pm–5pm | 6pm–9pm | 12am (midnight)

4. Custom Cake Delivery

Standard cream cakes require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Designer and fondant cakes require 24–72 hours advance notice. Wedding cakes require a minimum of 5 days notice.

5. Packaging

All cakes are packed in premium insulated boxes to ensure freshness during transit. Hampers are packed in secure gift boxes with protective material.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed (no one at address, wrong address), our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

7. Damage During Transit

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
